CharityWatch's rating of charity: water also includes the financial activities of Charity Global (UK) Limited, which is consolidated in the Charity Global (d/b/a charity: water) audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.

According to the Charity Global consolidated audit of December 31, 2017 (Note 1, Organization and Purpose):

"In 2016, Charity Global, Inc. established Charity Global (UK) Limited in the United Kingdom. Charity Global (UK) Limited is an affiliate organization governed by its own Board of Directors. Charity Global (UK) Limited received full charitable status from the UK Charities Commission in September 2016, and is intended to operate in furtherance of Charity Global Inc.'s mission. By virtue of the governing documents of Charity Global (UK) Limited, Charity Global, Inc. owns all of the outstanding shares of, and thereby retains the entire voting interest in Charity Global (UK) Limited."
According to the Charity Global (charity: water) consolidated audit of December 31, 2017 (Note 8, Donated Goods, Services, and Functional Expenses), charity: water received in-kind donated goods and services on which it placed a total value of $683,696.
