|CharityWatch's rating of Conservation International Foundation (CI) is based on CI's consolidated audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2015, which include the operations of ten CI affiliates: CI-Brazil, CI-Suriname, CI-Mexico, CI-Guyana, CI-Europe in Belgium, CI-Singapore, Conservation South Africa, CI-Japan, CI-Hong Kong, and CI-New Zealand. According to Note 1 of the audit: "All of the aforementioned organizations are separately incorporated in their respective countries. Due to the significant amount of oversight and support (financial and programmatic) provided by CI, their financial activities have been consolidated with CI's financial activities."|
