|According to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research consolidated audit of December 31, 2016 (Note I, Commitments,  Contingent funding for research):|
"The Foundation has been awarded contingent research funding of $625,000 from several donors, to be received over the next several years. Since these funds are contingent upon the progress of research, these amounts have not been included in the accompanying [audited] consolidated financial statements."
