According to the Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA) tax filing for the fiscal year-ended June 30, 2016, PHA reports for Business Transactions Involving Interested Persons a transaction in the amount of $129,626 described as:

"Matthew Anthony, a PHA board member, is an executive officer of Y&R [Young & Rubicam] North America. During FY2016, PHA utilized Y&R as one of the Organization's advertising agencies.
