According to the PCI-Media Impact 2015 tax filing (IRS Form 990 Schedule L, Business Transactions Involving Interested Persons):

PCI-Media Impact paid a consulting fee in the amount of $111,000 to an Interested Person reported as "Patalogos."

The nature of the relationship between PCI-Media Impact and Patalogos is described as: "Entity where the family member of the CEO of the organization is the president".
According to the PCI-Media Impact audit of December 31, 2015, Note 8, Concentrations of Credit Risk:

"... In 2015, approximately 62% of Media Impact's total revenue was received from three donors. In 2014, approximately 36% of Media Impact's total revenue was received from one donor."
