|According to the Prevent Cancer Foundation audit of June 30, 2018 (Note 8, In-kind contributions), the Foundation received in-kind contributions in fiscal 2018 on which it placed a total value of $261,956, including $172,812 in donated public service announcements.|

|According to the Prevent Cancer Foundation audit of June 30, 2018 (Note 17, Related party):|
"Design services were provided for the [special events] Gala by a company owned by a board member. The Foundation paid $70,000 for these services during the year ended June 30, 2018. Additionally, donated services were provided in the amount of $85,000 and $30,000 for the years ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively.
"During the ordinary course of business for the years ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, the Foundation paid for legal services from a law firm of which a member of the board of directors is a partner."
[Note: No dollar amounts for the above referenced related party legal services are reported in the audit note or in the Foundation's IRS Form 990 filing for fiscal 2018. The Foundation reports having $17,492 and $25,160 in total "Legal" expenses, according to its audited Statement of Functional Expenses for the years ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, respectively.]
