Flag Day 2024: Donate to a Top-Rated Charity!

   Jun 10, 2024

During the Second Continental Congress on June 14, 1777, Congressional members passed a resolution stating that “the flag of the United States be 13 stripes, alternate red and white,” and “the union be 13 stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation.”  In 1916, over one hundred years later, President Woodrow Wilson honored that decree by officially establishing June 14th as Flag Day.

In honor and celebration of Flag Day and America’s stars and stripes CharityWatch invites donors to check out our Top-Rated Public Policy charity list and make more informed giving decisions.
