After dropping for-profit raffle consultant, Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego finally offers the highly advertised dream house to its raffle winner. See The San Diego Union-Tribune's Dream House Raffle is back...and this time it is giving away the house.

"The raffle ought to give away the prize that’s most heavily advertised and promoted.
