According to the BBBSA audit of June 30, 2018 (Note 1, Organization):

"The Organization works closely with Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies ('local affiliates' or 'affiliated agencies') throughout the country to implement its programs. These agencies are separate legal entities, which are not controlled by the Organization, and are therefore not consolidated within the Organization's [audited] financial statements."
According to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) audit of June 30, 2018 (Note 1, In-Kind Contributions), BBBSA reports receiving donated in-kind contributions in fiscal 2018 on which it placed a total value of approximately $5.0 million, including approximately $4.7 million in "contributed advertising time to promote its mission."
