According to the NAMI National audit of December 31, 2023 (Note 12, Commitments and Contingencies, Employment Agreement):

"NAMI National has an employment agreement with its Chief Executive Officer. The agreement contains terms that require severance payments upon the occurrence of certain contractual events."

According to the NAMI National (NAMI) tax filing for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, NAMI reports re: Compensation, Officers, Directors, Trustees, Key Employees, and Highest Compensated Employees (IRS Form 990, Schedule J, Part II):

NAMI reports providing "bonus & incentive compensation" during 2023 to seven individuals. Daniel Gillison, Chief Executive Officer, received $50,700 of bonus and incentive compensation, with a total reported compensation of $533,704. The remaining six individuals received $7,844 to $16,693 with a total reported compensation ranging from $202,962 to $299,271.
