RAINN received contributed services and gifts-in-kind during the fiscal year-ended May 31, 2024, on which it placed a total value of $1,675,653. Of this amount, $1,369,591 was attributed to "Legal."

"The contract with the Department of Defense comprises 39% and 31% of total revenue for the fiscal years ended May 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively and contributions from one donor made up 18% and 22% of total revenue for the fiscal years ended May 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively..."

According to the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) audit of May 31, 2024 (Note 12, Related party transactions):

"RAINN entered into a contracting agreement with A&I Publishing for their services to RAINN. A&I Publishing is wholly owned by the President of RAINN. During the years ended May 31, 2024 and 2023, RAINN incurred expenses of $589,688 and $547,456, respectively, under this agreement. In addition, RAINN reimbursed A&I Publishing approximately $12,233 and $14,793 for the years ended May 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, for costs incurred by A&I Publishing on behalf of RAINN. This amount is due to A&I Publishing as of May 31, 2024 and 2023 was $123,699 and $99,389, respectively..."

According to the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) audit of May 31, 2024 (Note 13, Collective bargaining agreement):

"Approximately 7% and 8% of the Organization's employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement as of May 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. The agreement was renewed June 1, 2020 and expires May 31, 2025."

According to the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) tax filing for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2024, RAINN reports re: Compensation, Supplemental Information (IRS Form 990, Schedule J, Part III):

Regarding severance payments to officers, directors, trustees, key employees and highest compensated employees (Schedule J, Part I, Line 4a):

"Yeong Pak received severance."

[Yeong Pak, Past VP, Victim Services, had total reported compensation of $169,344 during 2023 (IRS Form 990, Schedule J, Part II)]. 

Regarding non-fixed payments to officers, directors, trustees, key employees and highest compensated employees (Schedule J, Part I, Line 7):

"The organization provided bonus compensation during the year."

RAINN reports providing "bonus & incentive compensation" during 2023 to four individuals. Rajit Kabadi, Chief Consulting Officer, received $16,750 of bonus and incentive compensation, with a total reported compensation of $155,327. The remaining three individuals received $1,500 to $12,500 with total compensation ranging from $163,033 to $557,232.
