Soaring Eagle

CharityWatch is unable to provide a rating for Soaring Eagle based on its fiscal year ended 06/30/2025 due to an inability to obtain the organization's independent audited financial statements. For this reason, we have issued it a "?" rating, signifying nondisclosure of financial information and other specific concerns. 

CharityWatch's most recent rating of the organization was "C" on our "A+" to "F" rating scale based on our analysis of its IRS Form 990 and audited financial statements for its fiscal year ended 06/30/2022. 

Per the Organization's fiscal year ended 06/30/2025 IRS Form 990, Part XII, line 2b, the Organization responded "Yes" to the question: "Were the organization's financial statements audited by an independent accountant?" We reached out to a previous contact at the Organization by email on September 15, 2026. We received a response directing us to another individual at the Organization who could fulfill our request. Upon attempting to contact this individual, the email was returned as undeliverable. Our request for another contact who could fulfill our request has gone unanswered as of the date of this note, October 5, 2026. 

According to its fiscal 2025 IRS Form 990, the Organization reported raising $4,318,311 in cash contributions and $44,920 in donated stock. Additionally, the Organization reports spending $5,642,966 in total cash expenses that year. In its prior fiscal year 2024 reporting, the Organization reported raising $4,835,133 in total cash contributions and spending $5,948,883 in total cash expenses. 

If the Organization chooses to provide audited financial statements to CharityWatch in the future, we may update our rating of the organization at that time.
