CharityWatch is unable to continue rating Time's Up Foundation (TUF) due to TUF ending operations and dissolving. Per the Charity Final Financial Report submitted through the Colorado Secretary of State's office, signed by Tshombe Hubbard, past Chief Financial Officer, TUF's final reporting period was 1/1/2021-12/31/2021. TUF closed out this period with a reported $4,228,579 in Contributions, and $10,369,896 in Total Expenses. TUF reported Total Assets of $5,569,747 and Total Liabilities of $1,213,005. Its final reported Total Net Assets amounted to $4,356,742.

According to its 12/31/2022 Form 990, TUF reported raising $32,882,276 in total contributions during the five-year period of 2018 through 2022, averaging to nearly $6.6 million in contributions per year. However, the charity's contributions declined significantly in fiscal 2021 to only $4,228,579 (down from more than $18 million the prior year), then down to $126,714 in 2022. The charity reports total 2022 expenses of $3,379,173.
