According to the San Francisco AIDS Foundation audit of June 30, 2023 (Note 2 re: Contributions of services and goods), the Foundation reports receiving in-kind contributed services and donated goods in fiscal 2023 on which it placed a value of approximately $280,000 and $593,000, respectively, equaling a total value of approximately $873,000. According to the San Francisco AIDS Foundation (SFAF) tax filing for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023, SFAF reports re: Compensation, Supplemental Information (IRS Form 990, Schedule J, Part III): Regarding non-fixed payments to officers, directors, trustees, key employees and highest compensated employees (Schedule J, Part I, Line 7): "Bonuses are non-fixed payment. They are determined and approved by the CEO based on individual performance during the fiscal year." SFAF reports providing "bonus & incentive compensation" during 2022 to three individuals: (1) Russell Roybal, Past Chief Advancement Officer, received $77,637, with a total reported compensation of $293,097; (2) Lara Brooks, Chief Program Officer, received $58,728, with a total reported compensation of $320,084; and (3) Kevin Rogers, Past Chief Financial Officer, received $56,691, with a total reported compensation of $213,982. |
