According to the Feeding America audit of June 30, 2025 (Note 6, Donated Goods and Services) [$s in thousands, as indicated]:

Feeding America received donated goods and services during fiscal 2025 on which it placed a total value of [$4,659,605,000]. Of this amount, [$4,576,996,000] was attributed to "Food."

According to the Feeding America audit of June 30, 2025 (Note 14, Related-Party Transactions) [$s in thousands, as indicated]:

"For fiscal years 2025 and 2024, Feeding America recorded contributions of [$5,918,000] and [$30,147,000] respectively, in cash and promises to give and [$1,509,039,000] and [$1,491,317,000], respectively, in contributed goods and services from companies that have representatives who are members of Feeding America’s Board of Directors. Feeding America also had [$7,914,000] and [$11,418,000] of related contributions receivable at June 30, 2025 and 2024, respectively. Feeding America also distributes grants each year to member foodbanks, some of which have executives who are members of Feeding America’s Board of Directors. "

According to the Feeding America tax filing for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, Feeding America reports re: Compensation, Supplemental Information (IRS Form 990, Schedule J, Part III):

Regarding severance payments to officers, directors, trustees, key employees and highest compensated employees (Schedule J, Part I, Line 4a):

"In accordance with Feeding America's executive transition policies, Rajesh Mirchandani and Daniel Nisbet received severance payments during the calendar year..."

[Rajesh Mirchandani, Past Chief Comm & CE Officer, had reported total compensation of $304,571 during 2024. Daniel Nisbet, Past VP of Development, had reported total compensation of $270,779 during 2024 (IRS Form 990, Schedule J, Part II)].


Regarding nonfixed payments to officers, directors, trustees, key employees and highest compensated employees (Schedule J, Part I, Line 7):

"Feeding America may provide executives with lump-sum bonuses based on Executive's performance against pre-established goals, retention criteria during a major organizational transition, and the results achieved by the Organization..."

Feeding America reports providing "bonus & incentive compensation" during 2024 to sixteen individuals. Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, CEO, received $284,167 of bonus and incentive compensation with total reported compensation of $1,214,028. The remaining fifteen individuals received $15,563 to $67,515 with total compensation ranging from $269,154 to $527,285.
