According to the Perkins School for the Blind (PSB) consolidated audit of June 30, 2023 (Note 1, Organization):

"Perkins School for the Blind (the 'School') provides educational programs, services, and products to individuals who are blind, deafblind, or multi-impaired, and their parents and teachers. These services include the manufacture and distribution of educational products which is an integral part of the School's operations. The School's consolidated financial statements include a separate subsidiary of The John Milton Society for the Blind, referred to in Note 15. All significant intercompany transactions and balances have been eliminated in consolidation."

According to the Perkins School for the Blind (PSB) consolidated audit of June 30, 2023 (Note 12, Contributed Nonfinancial Assets):

PSB received contributed services during the fiscal year-ended June 30, 2023, on which it placed a total value of $901,589.

According to the Perkins School for the Blind (PSB) consolidated audit of June 30, 2023 (Note 17, Subsequent Events): 

"Management has evaluated events subsequent to June 30, 2023 and through December 14, 2023, the date on which these audited consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. 

Effective November 17, 2023, the School's borrowing limit under the revolving line of credit with TD Bank, N.A. was increased from a maximum of $5,000,000 to a maximum of $10,000,000."

According to the Perkins School for the Blind (PSB) tax filing for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2023, PSB reports re: Compensation, Supplemental Information (IRS Form 990, Schedule J, Part III):

Regarding housing allowances or residences for personal use for officers, directors, trustees, key employees and highest compensated employees (Schedule J, Part I, Line 1a):

"Perkins may provide housing to employees when it is determined to be a requirement of the position. Perkins determines the value of the housing based on market rates for comparable properties in the area. During 2022, out of the employees listed on Schedule J, only Edward H. Bosso was provided with housing. Bosso's housing was valued at $72,000."

[Edward H. Bosso's total compensation in 2022 is reported as $431,202. (IRS Form 990, Schedule J, Part II).]


PSB reports providing "bonus & incentive compensation" during 2022 to three individuals. Edward H. Bosso, President of EDU Program, Brenna Child, Chief People Officer, and Bashar Al-Nakhala, Chief Technology Officer, received $20,000, $5,000, and $15,000, respectively, with total reported compensation of $431,202, $341,525, and $231,435, respectively.
