"CEDARS Youth Services received $7,579,386 or 67.52% of its service revenues during the year ended June 30, 2015, from the State of Nebraska, either through the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services or the Probation Office. If this major funding source were lost, CEDARS Youth Services could not continue the level of services currently provided for that program."
